Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the Cleaning Team at Lee Valley Academy, Enfield, coordinating day-to-day delivery and ensuring contractual targets are met. You will supervise a team of 14 cleaners and may assist with cleaning duties when needed.

Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join and supervise our Cleaning Team to co-ordinate the day to day provision of an effective, professional cleaning service focused on service delivery, providing supervision and guidance to team of 14 cleaners based at Lee Valley Academy, Enfield. In this role you will ensuring the cleaning schedule is adhered to and targets are achieved to meet contractual requirements, however the role will also require some cleaning to be carried out with the team on occasions to ensure all areas are cleaned in accordance with contractual requirements.
You will be joining our Total FM team based in Enfield. The Total FM team provides integrated asset management and maintenance services across the education, leisure, corporate, health and living sectors to ensure facilities operate at their best.
This role is 20 hours a week with a shift pattern of 4pm - 8pm, Monday - Friday.
