Job summary

Sodexo Group in Belfast is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead a part-time team on a corporate site. The role focuses on supervising a cleaning crew, ensuring spotless service and a welcoming environment for clients and staff.

You will train new staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies, while maintaining high standards across restrooms, kitchens and offices. Strong leadership and proactive attitude are required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience is an asset and a strong cleaning background with progression drive is key.
• Clear communication with the team and the ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the cleaning team to ensure a spotless service
• Create a welcoming environment for clients, colleagues and team members
• Train new employees on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies
• Maintain attention to detail across restrooms, kitchens and offices
• Keep the team safe by controlling safety, sanitation and training procedures
• Escalate any maintenance or repair needs as required
• Monitor cleaning supplies and ensure the team has what they need to meet standards

What you'll do:

• Supervise the cleaning team to ensure a spotless service

• Have an eye for detail across our corporate building's restrooms, kitchen areas, and office spaces
• Keep our teams safe, with control of safety, sanitation and training procedures
