Curo is seeking a part-time Cleaning Supervisor in Bath to lead a team of cleaners across allocated locations. You will plan daily work, supervise the team, and ensure cleaning standards, health and safety, and service levels are met.
This hands-on role combines people leadership with practical cleaning expertise. You’ll be approachable, organised and able to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a welcoming, hygienic environment for colleagues and visitors.

As Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in making sure our cleaning services are delivered consistently and to a high standard. You’ll lead and support a team of cleaners, coordinate day-to-day activities and make sure our offices, communal areas and other facilities remain professional, hygienic and welcoming.
This is a hands-on role that combines people leadership with practical cleaning expertise. You’ll be visible, approachable and organised, with the confidence to deal with changing priorities while keeping standards high.
You take pride in creating clean, safe and well-presented environments, and you understand the difference that high standards can make to people’s everyday experience. You’ll be confident supporting a team, managing priorities and addressing issues calmly and fairly.
You’ll be organised, reliable and comfortable working independently. You’ll also be willing to get involved practically when needed and lead by example.
