What You'll Be Doing:

Overseeing cleaning standards across various properties in the borough
Carrying out inspections and reporting any issues with cleanliness
Ensuring contractors deliver standard quality cleaning services
Liaising with residents, contractors, and stakeholders
Monitoring invoices, payments, and reports

What We're Looking For:

A confident, organised individual with strong communication skills
Local candidate with a good understanding of estate management
Not afraid to troubleshoot and escalate issues when needed
Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work independently
A full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle

What You Need to Know:

This is an initial 3-month temporary role
Based in the office 3 days per week, with travel across the borough
