Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Cleaning Operative to ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and safe, meeting SLAs. You will learn the designated cleaning area, equipment and chemicals, while adhering to Health and Safety requirements.

Training will be provided to deliver the cleaning role, and you will work in a team with a proactive, reliable attitude. We offer a flexible benefits scheme, including holiday entitlement, pension contributions and various employee perks.

Responsibilities

• Keep equipment clean, well maintained and in safe working order to meet all agreed SLAs.
• Work in designated cleaning area, learn the area and chemicals used while following Health and Safety requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers.
• Work as part of a team and take initiative to improve performance and exceed expectations.
