Job Description:

Ever Brite Cleaning Services is looking for a Cleaning Site Supervisor in Aylesbury. The role involves supervising a team of cleaners, completing monthly timesheets, conducting weekly stock takes, and taking ownership of Health & Safety responsibilities. The position is Monday to Friday, 6pm-8.30pm, with an on-site car park. The start date is ASAP.

Main duties include:

• Supervising a team of cleaners
• Completing monthly timesheets
• Conducting weekly stock takes
• Ensuring Health & Safety compliance for yourself and others
• Maintaining equipment and materials in a clean and safe condition
• Reporting directly to the Area Manager
• Checking cleaning standards daily
• Managing staff absence with the Area Manager
• Completing facilities duties
• Securing and locking the building at the end of each shift

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor
• Understanding of the cleaning industry and supervisory skills
• Reliability, professionalism, and a hardworking attitude
• Ability to work independently and follow a schedule
• Teamwork skills

Rate of pay: £13.00 per hour
