Norse Cleaning has a successful service partnership with Hillside Primary in Norfolk, and we are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor on-site. This position is a permanent, part-time role offering 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 15:00 - 18:00.

Alongside supervising the delivery of the contractual cleaning service, your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating and achieving service levels
• Storing, maintaining, and replenishing equipment and products
• Monitoring attendance and time management
• Observing health and safety guidelines onsite

Our Successful Candidate:

You should demonstrate some commercial experience within a cleaning environment, and some experience in supervising or leading staff, though not necessarily within the industry.

Additionally, you will:

• Be confident in engaging with clients and the public
• Have good organizational skills to manage your own and others' workload
• Have a keen eye for detail and maintain high customer service standards
