Job description

Cleaning Site Supervisor – Hewett Academy

£13.36 per hour

We have a successful partnership with Hewett Academy and are looking to recruit a Cleaning Site Supervisor on a part-time basis. You will be required to work 17.25 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 16:00 to 19:30, and Friday from 16:00 to 19:15.

The Role:

As a Cleaning Site Supervisor, your responsibilities will include supervising the delivery of the contractual cleaning service and coordinating a small on-site team of cleaners. Your duties will involve:

  • Ensuring service levels are communicated and achieved
  • Storing, maintaining, and replenishing equipment and products as required
  • Monitoring attendance and managing time effectively
  • Observing health and safety guidelines onsite

Our Successful Candidate:

You should have some commercial experience in a cleaning environment and experience in supervising or leading staff, though not necessarily within the cleaning industry. Additionally, you will:

  • Confidently engage with clients and members of the public
  • Possess good organisational skills to manage your own workload and that of others
  • Have a keen eye for detail and maintain high levels of customer service
