About The Role
The Accommodation & Cleaning Shift Manager will be responsible for the smooth delivery of the cleaning shift of our public areas and entertainment venues across the resort.
About The Role
Reporting to the Cleaning Manager, the Accommodation & Cleaning Shift Manager will ensure daily operational plans are fulfilled by overseeing tasks carried out by the team, ensuring the right team members are in the right place at the right time to meet guest demand while maintaining high standards and guest satisfaction.
This role involves leading and monitoring team members responsible for cleaning entertainment venues after shows, maintaining toilet facilities, moving and resetting venue furniture, and working at heights using industrial cleaning equipment for indoor and outdoor areas.
You will support and coach your team to deliver excellent service, focus on key metrics like the Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) standards, and ensure standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure cleaning standards are delivered and improve Guest and Employee NPS scores. Conduct quality control checks, lead feedback sessions, and manage team deployment strategies effectively.
This is a permanent role, 40 hours per week, with shifts including early mornings and late nights, from 6am to 5am, across 5 days in 7, including weekends.
About You
You will oversee cleaning operations, ensure adherence to CAFF standards, monitor NPS scores, and implement improvements. Responsibilities include conducting quality checks, analyzing reports, training staff, managing onboarding, PDPs, performance reviews, and HR processes.
You should set clear objectives, support team surveys, uphold brand standards, and ensure health and safety compliance.
Key Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have extensive operational experience managing cleaning or soft services teams, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt quickly. High standards, attention to detail, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills are essential.
