Job summary

West Lothian College is seeking a Cleaning Operative to join the Estates and Sustainability team. The role is permanent, 25 hours per week, with a start ASAP. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 16:00–21:00, and duties include carrying out cleaning tasks in line with college procedures and health and safety guidelines.

The successful candidate will have a good general education and be eligible to work in the UK. PVG Disclosure checks are required and will be paid by the college; benefits include

Cleaning Operative

Salary: Grade 1 Points 2 to 4

£26,024 to £26,411 per annum pro rata (subject to pending job evaluation)

West Lothian College are looking to appoint a Cleaning Operative. Working within the friendly and knowledgeable Estates and Sustainability team, you will be committed to the delivery of a high-quality service

The successful candidate should be able to carry out all cleaning tasks in accordance with the college procedures, instructions and health and safety requirements. A good general education is also necessary.

The shifts to work are as follows:

Monday - Friday: 16:00 - 21:00pm

Successful applicants will be subject to a PVG Disclosure Check which will be paid by the college and must be eligible to work in the UK.
