Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Cleaning Operative for an on-site role in Portaferry. This part-time position offers six hours per week spread across Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with duties including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning surfaces, and keeping all areas neat and tidy.

You will be expected to have good English, solid communication, and any prior cleaning experience; full training is provided if you are new to the role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and clear English (oral and written).
• Experience in a similar cleaning role preferred; full training available if needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain high cleaning standards.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, dusting, cleaning surfaces and floors to keep areas tidy.
• Carry out cleaning duties and follow instructions to required standards.
• Manage waste bins and dispose of rubbish as part of daily tasks.
• Assist with regular inspections to maintain cleanliness.

• Cleaning duties which including, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning, wiping surface areas and making sure all areas are neat and tidy
• Carry out any reasonable work instruction to the standard required
• To carry out regular and thorough treatments/inspections so as to maintain such conditions
• Dust control/vacuum and mop floors & Buff/Polish floors where needed
• Cleaning duties which including, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning, wiping surface areas and making sure all areas are neat and tidy.
• Alongside,Empty and reline waste bins & dispose of rubbish

Skills & experience required

• Do you have good social and communication skills?
• Do you have good oral and written English?
• Do you have experience within a similar role? if not full training will be given
