Job description

Overview

Role requires applicants to be able to do manual handling. Working in a residential estate as part of an onsite team managing 750 homes.

Responsibilities

• Manually moving large 1100L wheely bins around site for bin collection day, and rotating bins every few days. Tidying the bin stores.
• Cleaning, sweeping, jet washing hard standing pathways and car parks.
• Litter picking external public realm areas, flower beds, pathways etc.
• Cleaning external areas outside the buildings.
• Cleaning internal areas of residential blocks of apartments, hovering, mopping, dusting, wiping and cleaning glass.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness is required.
• Must have some experience. A trial session may be required.
• This is a part-time role, 5 days a week, 6 hours per day (30 hours per week).
