Broadland Housing Association is seeking a Cleaning Operative based in Norwich to join our team. The role involves cleaning internal and external communal areas and void cleans across properties, following a schedule to ensure safety and high standards.

The successful candidate will work full time (37 hours/week, Monday to Friday) with a starting salary of £26,160 per year and opportunities for progression to £26,969. DBS check required and driving across the area is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of previous cleaning experience.
• A driving licence is essential.
• DBS check is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out internal and external cleaning in communal areas and void cleans in empty properties.
• Follow the scheduled cleaning plan to the required standard and ensure safe working practices.
