Job summary

Broadland Housing Group in Norwich is seeking a Cleaning Operative to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role is based in Norwich and covers 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a starting salary of £26,160 per annum and progression to £26,969.

The successful candidate will carry out internal and external cleans to communal areas and void cleans to empty properties, promoting a safe and hygienic standard of accommodation and helping us meet re-let targets.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year's previous experience within a cleaning post.
• A driving licence (essential) as travel across the area is required.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out internal and external cleans to communal areas.
• Performing Void cleans to empty properties.
• Work to a schedule to maintain safety and hygiene standards and support re-let targets.
