Job summary

Sasse is seeking Cleaning Operatives for night shifts at Luton Airport to ensure a clean, safe environment for thousands of passengers daily. This permanent, full-time role is 48 hours per week on a 4-on/4-off schedule from 6:30pm to 6:30am.

Responsibilities include cleaning terminals and lounges, maintaining high cleanliness standards, waste removal, and adhering to safety procedures. A security clearance will be funded by Sasse.

Qualifications

• Willing to work night shifts and long hours.
• Customer-focused attitude beneficial in an airport environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy public area.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning airport terminals, passenger lounges and public areas
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout your allocated area
• Emptying bins and removing waste
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and sanitising surfaces
• Following digital cleaning schedules and supervisor instructions
• Working safely and following Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Helping deliver an excellent experience for airport passengers and staff
• Reliable and punctual
• Friendly with a positive, can-do attitude
• Happy working as part of a team
• Takes pride in maintaining high standards
• Willing to complete an airport security clearance (fully funded by Sasse)

The Role
