Job summary

Sasse is recruiting for Cleaning Operatives to join our team at Luton Airport. As a Cleaning Operative (Day Shift), you will help ensure terminals, lounges and public areas are clean, safe and welcoming for passengers and staff every day.

We offer a permanent full-time contract, 48 hours per week, 4 on/off day shifts, from 6.30am to 6.30pm, with a salary of £13.45 per hour and benefits including a company pension, discounts and cycle-to-work schemes.

Qualifications

• Able to clean terminals and public areas to high standards.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Willing to complete airport security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning airport terminals, passenger lounges and public areas
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout your allocated area
• Emptying bins and removing waste
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and sanitising surfaces
• Following digital cleaning schedules and supervisor instructions
• Working safely and following Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Helping deliver an excellent experience for airport passengers and staff
• Friendly with a positive, can-do attitude
• Happy working as part of a team
• Takes pride in maintaining high standards
• Willing to complete an airport security clearance (fully funded by Sasse)

The Role

As a Cleaning operative, every shift you'll help ensure Luton Airport is clean, safe and ready to welcome thousands of passengers the following day.
