The Role

We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join our dedicated team as a cleaning operative. We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
If you share our passion for cleanliness and service, we want to hear from you! Working within our Civic Cleaning service, the roles of these positions will be covering our Horwich and Farnworth Town Hall.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
  • Ensure all areas are kept clean, organised, and well-maintained.
  • Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.

About You

  • Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Must be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks.
