Royal Mail P&FS is recruiting for Cleaning Operatives at Inverness Mail Centre, 50 Seafield Rd, Inverness IV1 1SG.

Pay: £12.21
Benefits: 22.5 days annual leave, rising to 25 after 5 years’ service, plus bank holidays, uniform, PPE, employee referral scheme, and Defined Contribution pension scheme, plus car parking.

Working hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday 14:00 to 22:00, Saturday 10:00 to 18:00.
As part of Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions, you will work from 14:00 to 22:00, either as part of a team or as the sole cleaner on site, ensuring high standards of service.
Responsibilities include mopping, toilet cleaning, washing walls, vacuuming, emptying bins, dusting, and sanitising surfaces to a high standard. Full training and induction are provided. The role involves manual handling and is physically demanding.
Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential. You should be friendly, with good communication skills, reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
