Join Our Team as a Domestic Cleaning Assistant at Enham Trust.

Are you passionate about making a difference while enjoying a fulfilling role? Look no further! As aCleaning Assistant at Enham Alamein, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our vibrant community.

The role

The purpose of this role is to deliver an efficient cleaning service within our workspaces and on-site care homes ensuring they are maintained to a clean and hygienic state to add to the comfort, satisfaction and enjoyment of those living and working at Enham.

You’ll have the ability to follow instructions, follow good health and safety practice and be able to work independently as well as in a small team.

You’ll be provided with the relevant training required to carry out this role, including the opportunity to undertake functional skills Maths and English.

You’ll have access to employment support, personalised to your support needs and experience. With additional support from your adviser to identify skills gaps, on the job support and employability support such as C.V. writing skills and interview techniques, in addition to any welfare or independence support you may require.

This is a 12-month fixed term programme; upon completion you will be assisted to move into un-supported employment with transitional support.
