Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Cleaning Operative to ensure equipment is clean, well maintained and safe, meeting SLAs. You will work in a designated area, follow Health and Safety requirements and complete required training.

You will join a team or work on your own initiative, build strong customer relationships, and strive to improve service quality and exceed expectations. Training and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to the role.
• Be open, honest, self-driven and determined.
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Keep cleaning equipment clean, well maintained and in safe working order to meet SLAs.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and the equipment/chemicals used.
• Work as part of a team or on your own initiative.
• Deliver excellent customer service and seek continuous improvement to exceed expectations.
