Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Operative to maintain clean and safe workspaces. The role involves tidying, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bin emptying and potential washroom cleaning, with some weekend shifts alongside weekday work.

You will use the Timegate app to clock in/out and record cleaning tasks. A background in cleaning is helpful, full training provided, and attention to detail is essential for consistent results.

Qualifications

• Right to Work in the UK is required.
• Smartphone is required to clock in/out using Timegate.
• Background in cleaning is advantageous but full training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy work areas, floors and communal spaces.
• Perform physical cleaning tasks with the ability to stand for periods.
• Assist customers in open/public areas and respond to queries about cleaning or incidents.
• Complete Health & Safety records and attend training courses as required.
