Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a diligent cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene on site, following management directions and using cleaning equipment with care. You will foster positive relations with clients on contract sites and respond promptly to queries or complaints.

The ideal candidate has prior cleaning experience, excellent customer service, and strong interpersonal/communication abilities to support a collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

• Must have Right to Work in the UK.
• Previous cleaning experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and good Communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring high standard of cleaning and hygiene as directed by management.
• Use and care of cleaning equipment.
• Encourage good relations with all clients on contract site.
• Promptly deal with any queries or complaints.
• To perform any other reasonable duties that may be allocated by the management.
