Job summary

A leading service provider in Belfast is seeking a Cleaning Operative to maintain cleanliness and service on coaches. The role involves daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and exterior washing, as well as performing checks on the coach. Ideal for those who are detail-oriented and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. Pay is £12.89 per hour with a flexible working pattern of 4 days on, 3 days off, averaging 16 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Daily clean internally and exterior.
• Deep cleans carried out on coaches once per week.
• Litter pick of interior and assess cleaning requirements.
• Vacuuming all floors and seating.
• Reposition all seats & fix curtains.
• Sweeping all floors including under seating.
• Cleaning the drivers cabin.
• Clean the following areas using the pressure washer.
• Transport the coach to fuel station.
• Top up fuel and AdBlue.
• Check oil levels.
• Check coolant levels.
• Check and top up washer bottle.
• Check coach for any visual defects.
• Record odometer reading.

Overview

Role: Cleaning Operative | Working Pattern: 4 days on, 3 days off, averaging 16hrs per week. | Pay Rate: £12.89 | Location: Belfast City Centre

Key Responsibilities

• Daily clean internally and exterior
• Deep cleans carried out on coaches once per week
• Litter pick of interior and assess cleaning requirements
• Vacuuming all floors and seating
• Reposition all seats & fix curtains
• Sweeping all floors including under seating
• Cleaning the drivers cabin

Exterior Cleaning

• Clean the following areas using the pressure washer, ensuring visuals from all drivers angle
• Front screen
• Passenger door
• Driver’s door
• Mirrors
• Rear screen
• All body work using vehicle shampoo and reach brush
• Wheels & tyres

Shunting Requirements

• Transport the coach to fuel station
• Top up fuel and AdBlue
• Check oil levels
• Check coolant levels
• Check and top up washer bottle
• Check coach for any visual defects
• Record odometer reading
