We are recruiting a Cleaning Operative to join our facilities team at Highfield Leadership Academy in Blackpool. The academy provides a safe, modern environment for pupils, staff, and our team. Reporting to the Area Cleaning Supervisor, you will supervise and undertake cleaning duties to ensure a hygienic environment.
The role is term-time only (with 4 weeks deep clean), working 3.00pm to 6.00pm Monday to Friday (15 hours/week).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Aligned with our ethos and values, you will be an essential team member providing exceptional service. Experience in a similar role and customer-facing environment is required, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
This role is subject to satisfactory completion of an Enhanced DBS check.
