The role

Here’s your chance to join a dedicated team of operatives carrying out cleaning services for our St Helens office.

We are offering a great opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge in this field whether you’re relatively new in this area or more experienced. The cleaning team operate in small teams and so if you like the idea of working together in a close-knit team to get the job done, then this is the role for you.

This is an officed based role working in our St Helens, M&Y office.

Day To Day Responsibilities

• Ensure cleaning schedule is maintained.
• Deal with any requests.
• Ordering and maintaining stock levels.
• Communicate effectively with internal office staff, colleagues, managers and customers.
• Attend and participate in training and information sessions relating to Health and Safety and relevant processes.
• Help us to achieve our aim of becoming the ‘contractor of choice’ by providing excellent service to our customers and working closely with our partners.
• Ensure compliance with the Group’s Health and Safety policies.
  
  

The right fit

• Previous experience and delivering cleaning services in line with the clients’ requirements is essential.
• Excellent standards of communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Full awareness of relevant Health and Safety requirements.
• Ability to work as a part of a team and be able to liaise with office staff and managers.
• You must be methodical with the ability to plan and prioritise your workload in order to meet targets and deadlines.
