Job summary

Oasis Community Learning is seeking a dependable Cleaning Operative to maintain high standards of cleanliness across classrooms, corridors, offices, toilets and shared spaces. You will respond quickly to urgent cleaning requests, follow health and safety guidelines, and store materials securely while supporting deep cleaning during school holidays.

The role requires independence and teamwork, good organisational and communication skills, and a commitment to safeguarding and professional

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Physically fit for tasks involving lifting and standing.
• Commitment to safeguarding and maintaining professional boundaries with children.
• Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a school or similar setting.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety practices.
