In this role, you will ensure that equipment is kept clean, well-maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. You will build your knowledge of the designated cleaning area, understand when work needs to be carried out, and familiarize yourself with all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises, while following Health and Safety requirements. You will undertake all necessary training to deliver the cleaning role effectively.
You will work within a team and also use your own initiative. Building positive and productive relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service, and seeking continuous improvement to exceed expectations are key aspects of the role.
