Job Title: Cleaning Operative

Hourly Rate of Pay: £12.45

Contract Type: Permanent

Type of Employment: Full Time

Total weekly contractual hours: 37.5

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (2pm - 10pm)

Location: McCormick (UK), 5 Forli Strada, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, England, PE7 3HH

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
2. Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area, work schedule, and all cleaning equipment and chemicals, following Health and Safety requirements.
3. Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role effectively.
4. Work within a team and independently, building positive relationships with customers and delivering excellent customer service.
5. Seek continuous improvement and aim to exceed expectations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to work.
• Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude.
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
