Nexgen Group is seeking a Cleaning Operative for a static site in Oxford. This part-time position operates Monday to Friday, from 5pm to 7:15pm.

We are looking to recruit a Cleaning Operative for one of our static sites in Oxford, OX2.

• Monday to Friday
• 5pm - 7:15pm
• 11.25 hours per week
• £12.37 per hour

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in cleaning environment is essential
• IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps)
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)

Core Responsibilities - Cleaning Operative / Cleaner:

• Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames
• Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops
• Mopping floors with wet or damp mops
• Hoovering of carpeted areas
• Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points
• Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use
• Replenish consumable items . soap, toilet rolls, paper towels (if contractual)
• Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks
