Overview

Solo Service Group are recruiting a cleaning operative to join our team on a part time, permanent basis at Waterstones Book Store, 11-17 Castle Street, Norwich. NR2 1PB.

We are looking for reliable and diligent individuals to join our team. We will provide all the necessary training, therefore we need you to bring the drive and commitment to support the collective success of the team.

Hours and pay
  • 3 Hours a week
  • 1.5 Hours a day
  • Saturday & Sunday
  • 9:00am - 10:30am
  • £13.77 per hr Saturday
  • £15.77 per hr Sunday
Responsibilities
  • Carry out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, emptying bins and cleaning WC\'s and other various store areas as required
  • Ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times
  • Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly
  • Deal with any customer requests promptly and courteously
Qualifications and requirements
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative, while being part of a team
  • To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
  • Cleaning experience is preferred but full training will be provided if necessary
