Job Opportunity: Cleaning Operative in Northampton, NN1

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operative for a static site in Northampton, NN1.

1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 5pm - 7pm, totaling 10 hours per week
2. Compensation: £12.21 per hour

Requirements:

• Valid driving license and access to a car
• Previous cleaning experience
• IT literacy (use of tablets and smartphone apps)
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Core Responsibilities:

• Cleaning walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors, and frames by dusting, damp wiping, or washing
• Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops
• Mopping floors with wet or damp mops
• Vacuuming carpeted areas
• Emptying waste bins and transporting waste to collection points
• Mixing cleaning supplies safely in correct quantities
• Replenishing consumables such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels (if applicable)
• Cleaning kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks
