Job summary

A leading cleaning services provider in the North East is currently seeking a Cleaning Operative. The role involves a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain high standards, including dusting, mopping, and ensuring health and safety compliance. Applicants must have all round cleaning experience and be able to work as part of a team. Flexible hours over the weekends are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow cleaning specifications and directions.
• Experience in general cleaning duties.
• Must have a smartphone for the Time and Attendance system.

• Carry out all cleaning duties to the highest standard.
• Monitor cleaning activities and assist as required.
• Inspect and manage cleaning equipment.

Role Specifications:

• All round cleaning experience
• To carry out all cleaning duties in line with the specification and direction given to the highest standard.
• General Duties will include Dusting, Mopping, Toilets, Emptying Bins
• Ensuring you follow and are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis so as to know when they are worn-out and also request for replacement
• Correct management and use of materials to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse
  
• Monitoring of all cleaning activities and providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties.
  
• To work flexibly and as part of a team

Working Hours for a Cleaning Operative: 15

• Monday & Tuesday 0700-0930am
• Friday to Sunday 0700-0945am
