In your new role as a Cleaning Operative, you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. You will build your knowledge of the designated cleaning area, including when work needs to be carried out and the cleaning equipment and chemicals used, all while following Health and Safety requirements. You will undertake all necessary training to deliver the cleaning role effectively. You will work within a team and also use your initiative. Building positive relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service, and seeking continuous improvement are key aspects of the role.
