Job summary

Edwardscleaningltd is seeking an enthusiastic part-time cleaner to join our team in Newcastle. You will perform cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and restocking consumables, while ensuring a high standard of cleanliness across the site.

The role requires reliability and punctuality, and a positive team spirit. DBS preferred but not essential, with full training provided and opportunities for progression in a family-run, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Commercial cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
• Keen eye for detail and keen to deliver a high quality service.
• Reliable and punctual.
• A positive team player.
• DBS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, touch point cleaning.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Maintain highest standards of cleanliness and general appearance of the site.
• Removal of rubbish and replace bags.
• Replenishment of consumables; Soap, toilet roll & hand towels etc.
• Carry out safety measures in accordance with health and safety and risk assessment policies.
