Cleaning Operative – Maidstone – FM Service Provider - £12.21 per hour

Exciting opportunity for a cleaner to work for an established cleaning company located in Maidstone. CBW is currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative based in a commercial building. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in cleaning within a commercial environment.

Details / Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 am to 10:00 am
• 10:30 am to 2:00 pm
• Temp to perm
• Immediate start

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of cleaning tasks
• Sweeping
• Mopping
• Vacuuming
• Emptying bins
• Dusting
• Polishing
• Cleaning touchpoints & surfaces

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cleaning within a commercial environment
• Ability to work within specified timescales as directed by your Supervisor/Manager
• Compliance with relevant health & safety practices
• Professional conduct at all times
• Honest, reliable, and hardworking
• Good communication skills
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Safety boots and Hi Viz clothing required
