Job Role: Cleaning Operative

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday (5pm-7:30pm) and Friday (5pm-7pm) - 12 hours per week

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Location: PIB Malvern, Bridge House, Portland Road, Great Malvern, WR14 2TA

Reporting To: Operations Manager

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services for an experienced cleaner to join the site cleaning team in Great Malvern. The successful candidate will be required to carry out a range of cleaning tasks safely and professionally, to a high standard. Good attention to detail, effective communication skills, and flexibility to cover additional shifts are essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning designated areas according to site instructions
• Emptying bins and disposing of recycled waste correctly
• Responding promptly to spillages to prevent accidents and ensure safety
• Following H&S and COSHH regulations
• Using site-specific equipment, machinery, and handling chemicals safely
• Providing excellent customer service through proactive interaction with on-site clients and customers
• Performing other reasonable management requests
