Fridays 09.30-14.30, 5 hours a week, plus optional holiday cover during the week.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Cleaner who will work at our client’s prestigious site.

The main purpose of the job is to support in keeping the office, washrooms, and general areas clean and presentable, while promoting good health and safety practices.

Duties as a Cleaner

1. Carry out general cleaning tasks as directed by your supervisor to the agreed standard.
2. Perform all tasks with regard to the contract specifications and all legislation, including health and safety and personal hygiene.
3. Ensure the correct materials, equipment, and methods are used at all times, and that equipment is kept clean and in good working order.
4. Report faulty machinery or equipment immediately.
5. Display yellow safety signs in areas where you are working, in line with H&S regulations.
6. Maintain a clean and tidy company uniform, and wear it at all times while at work.
7. Always wear your identification badge.
8. Use and wear the relevant PPE at all times.
9. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with our customer and colleagues.
10. Notify your line manager if you require training in any aspect of your job and attend training as required.
11. Report all accidents and dangerous incidents to your supervisor or line manager.
