Job summary

PCG Commercial Limited is seeking a reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team in Leyland. The role covers the communal areas of two small office buildings in Leyland (PR25), with shifts totaling about 1.5 hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Training will be provided and you will work independently once trained. No previous cleaning experience is required as full training and ongoing support will be provided, helping you uphold high cleaning standards and create a hygienic, well-kept environment

Responsibilities

• Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities.

• Vacuuming carpets and stairways.
• Sweeping and mopping hard floors.
• Cleaning and disinfecting hard surfaces.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and hygienic environment throughout the buildings.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team.

The role involves cleaning the communal areas of two small office buildings in Leyland (PR25). You will spend approximately 45 minutes at each site per shift (1.5 hours total), working Tuesdays and Thursdays.

No previous cleaning experience is required, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Duties include:

• Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
• Emptying bins and replacing bin liners
• Replenishing consumables, including toilet rolls, hand soap and paper towels
• Vacuuming carpets and stairways
• Sweeping and mopping hard floors
• Cleaning and disinfecting hard surfaces
