Job Title: Cleaning Operative

Cleaning Operative required for one of our prestigious contracts in Kettering.

Working hours: 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday (timings to be agreed).

Holiday entitlement: 28 days per year.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
2. Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area, including work schedules and the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals, following Health and Safety requirements.
3. Undertake all necessary training to deliver the cleaning role effectively.
4. Work within a team and also independently, building positive relationships with customers and delivering excellent customer service.
5. Seek continuous improvement to exceed expectations.
