Royal Mail P&FS are recruiting for Cleaning Operatives at Inverurie Delivery Office.

Job Details

• Pay: £12.21 per hour.
• Benefits: 22.5 days annual leave, rising to 25 after 5 years’ service, plus bank holidays, uniform, PPE, employee referral scheme, Defined Contribution pension scheme, and car parking.
• Contract type: Permanent
• Working hours: Part time, 9 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.
• Shift: 11:00 to 12:30, working either as part of a team or independently to maintain high service standards.

About the Role

As a cleaning operative, you will perform tasks such as mopping, toilet cleaning, wall washing, vacuuming, bin emptying, dusting, and sanitising surfaces to a high standard. Full training and induction are provided. The role involves manual handling and is physically demanding.

About You

Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential. You should be friendly, with good communication skills and able to comply with health & safety regulations. Reliability, self-motivation, and attention to detail are key. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively is important.
