Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a part-time Cleaning Operative at Derby Magistrates Court, The Court House, 19 St Marys Gate, Derby, DE1 3JR. Hours are 10 per week, with a Monday–Friday 5pm–7pm shift.

Salary £6,609.20 per annum. DBS Standard Required. You will maintain equipment, follow SLAs, complete training, work in a team, and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Applicants must communicate and read basic English.
• Cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Be open, honest, self-driven and reliable.
• Flexible approach to the role.

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
• Undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
• Required to work within a team and can work under their own initiative.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
