The Cleaning Services Worker II is responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned areas to meet customer and client satisfaction. Responsibilities may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure all designated areas are thoroughly cleaned.
Use and store equipment properly, conducting regular checks and reporting deficiencies.
Ensure equipment safety and functionality.
Perform additional spring/deep cleaning tasks as needed.
Operate site washing machines for internal laundry when appropriate.
Follow health and safety regulations and fire policies.
Report hazards to management.
Handle customer comments or complaints following company policies.
Maintain high standards of clothing, footwear, headgear, and personal hygiene.
Participate in training to enhance performance.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Follow any other instructions from management.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
