Exciting opportunity for a cleaner to work for an establishedcleaningcompany situated inBurgess Hill, West Sussex.CBW are currently recruiting for aCleaningOperativeto be based in a commercial building. Details / Hours:

• Monday toFriday
• 05:00am to09:00am
• Ongoing contract
• Immediate start

Key duties & Responsibilities:

• Check that all cleaning equipment is safe to use before commencingwork
• Undertake suction cleaning, sweeping and washing of all floor areas
• Emptyingwaste bins and receptacles
• Clean toilets and wash room areas
• Clean fixtures and fittings ensuring that high and low surfaces are free from dust anddirt
• Carpet cleaning, stripping / sealing / polishing offloors
• To maintain store cupboards and replenish allocated cleaning stock / materials
• Provide a rapid response when reacting to spillages and other cleaning or waste
• Report any building defects
• Paying particular attention to health and safety mattersincluding possible hazards
• To be fully conversant with security, fire and emergency procedures
• To comply with the company’s policies, management plans and procedures

Requirements:

• Have a proven track record incleaningwithin a commercial environment
• To work to a timescale as agreed with you and your Supervisor/Manager
• Ensure compliance with relevant health & safety practices
• To always act in a professional manner
• Be honest, reliable, and hard working
• Must be able to demonstrate good communication skills
• Be eligible to work in the UK
• Safety boots needed
