Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a reliable cleaning operative to maintain high standards of cleanliness on client sites in Belfast. You will use cleaning equipment correctly, handle queries, and foster positive relations with clients to ensure service excellence.

The successful candidate will have the right to work in the UK, prior cleaning experience, and excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to contribute to a professional environment.

About The Role:

Working Pattern

8AM-10AM OR 5PM-7PM

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring high standard of cleaning and hygiene as directed by management
• Use and care of cleaning equipment
• Encourage good relations with all clients on contract site
• Promptly deal with any queries or complaints
• To perform any other reasonable duties that may be allocated by the management

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Must have Right to Work in the UK
• Previous cleaning experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and good Communication skills
