Job summary

PSS Group at Festival Leisure Park, Basildon, is seeking a Cleaning Operative to deliver on-site cleaning to our standard and within Health and Safety guidelines. The role is 20 hours per week at £13.45 per hour, with overtime available for holidays or sickness coverage.

Ideal candidates will follow instructions, be polite, reliable and willing to learn; training is provided and uniform is supplied, with opportunities to work additional weekends if required.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but full training provided.
• Good self-presentation (uniform provided).
• Willingness to work overtime & weekends if required.
• Able to follow cleaning schedules and Health & Safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site cleaning specifications and standards within Health and Safety guidelines
• Clean specific areas of the site according to the schedule and specification as instructed by Manager / Supervisor
• Ensure cleaning cupboards are always kept tidy and stocked.
• Report any identified hazards or problems to the Manager / Supervisor
• Provide clear and detailed handovers to your work colleagues
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly

• Thursday 13-17, Friday 13-17, Saturday 13-20, Sunday 07-12
• 20 Hours in total per week
• overtime available for covering site holidays/sickness
• £13.45 per hour

Cleaning Operative Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver on-site cleaning specifications and standards within Health and Safety guidelines
• Clean specific areas of the site according to the schedule and specification as instructed by Manager / Supervisor
