We’re looking for a Cleaning Operations Manager who shares our commitment to excellence. Someone who goes the extra mile to ensure their teams and sites set the industry standard.

About the Role

This is a multi-site role overseeing cleaning and security services for a wide portfolio of blue-chip clients, involved in financial services, distribution and manufacturing across the Yorkshire area.

Leadership & Service Delivery: You’ll ensure high standards in cleaning and manned security

Client & Team Management: You’ll build strong relationships through site visits, client meetings, and staff training, ensuring seamless operations.

Scheduling & Compliance: You’ll oversee rostering (using Timegate), staff motivation, performance management, and compliance with industry best practices.

Technology & Reporting: You’ll have access to cutting-edge systems, making reporting, payroll, and scheduling efficient and transparent.

But above all you will be responsible for ensuring the retention and development of your client base.

What We’re Looking For

Management Experience in security and/or cleaning is essential

Front-line SIA Licence would be required, but we can provide assistance with this if necessary

Exceptional Leadership & Communication Skills to manage diverse teams.

High IT Literacy – You’ll be supported by the best systems and must be comfortable using them.

Full UK Driving Licence & Own Car – You’ll work remotely but report to our York HQ at least once a month.

Competitive Salary – Starting from £47,000 per year.
