Cleaning Manager - RAF Valley

- Monday to Friday

- £28,207 Per Annum + Excellent Compass Benefits

Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Promoting a safety culture and ensuring the cleaning team are aware of and operate in accordance with company and client Health & Safety procedures
  2. Managing the cleaning labour, equipment & resources budget
  3. Ensuring the cleaning operation continually improves
  4. Ensuring the Cleaning team are engaged and managed effectively
  5. Managing our on-site Accommodation services, responsible for on-site bookings
  6. Ensuring the delivery and quality of the cleaning operation is in accordance with the client service level agreement and company procedures
  7. Managing any third-party suppliers or contractors as required ensuring they meet or exceed the agreed service level agreements
Our ideal Facilities Manager will:
  1. Have 12 months experience managing a cleaning operation
  2. Proven ability to develop business through sound negotiation, change management, strategic decision making and ‘out of the box’ thinking.
  3. Proven ability to deliver quality customer service and ensure issues are effectively resolved in a timely manner
  4. Excellent financial management skills, particularly the preparation and monitoring of detailed budgets and cash flow projections.
  5. Analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work to time sensitive deadlines
  6. Have the passion to drive innovation and continue to improve services
