Qualifications

• Experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or similar field.
• Experience staffing, rotas, training, and HR compliance.
• Excellent customer service and deadline-driven work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms.
• Manage staff rotas, holidays, site audits and recruitment.
• Identify training needs and conduct on-site training with records.
• Handle investigations related to accidents or disciplinary matters.
• Monitor cleaning products, stock levels and place orders within budget.
