Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role within the service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of COSHH regulations.
  • Previous management experience in leading a team.

We are now seeking a Cleaning Manager to join our team at RAF Benson in Wallingford, OX10 6AA.

What you'll do:

  • Manage and run the cleaning department on site as well as on two remote sites.
  • Continually monitor all cleaning standards and hygiene standards and ensure they are maintained at the highest level.
  • To act as duty manager on call' and holiday/weekend cover as directed by line manager.
  • To ensure standards of service detailed in the service level agreement and within the schedules of the contractual terms and conditions are achieved, maintained and developed
  • Develop and maintain a positive internal and external network, including dealing with subcontractors as per SOPs.

What you bring:

  • Demonstrate experience of working in a similar role within the service industry at a comparable level in a company
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety and COSHH regulations and awareness of quality management systems e.g. ISO.
  • Previous experience of managing and leading a team.
  • Ability to prioritise and deploy resources effectively as well as an ability to make independent decisions.
  • Ability to demonstrate working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
