Overview

Role: Cleaning Operations Manager

Location: Cambridge City Centre, with some travel to sites within 3 mile radius, such as Addenbrookes Hospital campus.

Hours of Work: As this is a senior role within our new contract, the post holder will be required to be flexible to manage a team across various shifts, ranging from 4am through to 8pm.

Job Description

You will take ownership of a cluster of sites within a geographical location, generally within walking distance of each other. Directly managing your teams and some supervisors, and also client relationships, including completing audits with the clients, and following up actions with your teams and supervisors.

Salary

Salary: Circa £28-£30k depending on experience.
